The NAGA, a coalition of Canada's National Golf Associations, is conducting a landmark study to understand the economic impact of golf on the economy of Canada. 2008 NBGA Golf Fore the Cure

Thank you and congratulations to all those who participated in the 2008 Golf Fore the Cure Championship, held Saturday, August 16th, 2008 at the Lakeside Golf & Country Club. Over $45,000 was raised and donated to the Canadian Cancer Society for Breast Cancer research in New Brunswick.

Congratulations also to the Fredericton Golf Club team of Mary Walton Rossignol, Diane LeBlanc, Irma Burley and Barb McGuigan for winning the 2008 NBGA Golf Fore the Cure. The Fredericton team will now travel to the National Golf Fore the Cure Championship, scheduled for September 15th at the Ladies Golf Club of Toronto.
